A man understood to have appeared as a VIP guest at events linked to Tommy Robinson has held a TikTok Live in which he and other participants allegedly ran a poll asking viewers to vote on whether to urinate or defecate on Henry Nowak’s grave — sparking widespread outrage and calls for a police investigation.
The leaked four-minute clip, which has spread rapidly across social media, allegedly features Sikh activist Bobby Singh, who posts under the handle @bobbysinghesq on Instagram, alongside other men on a livestream. According to descriptions of the footage circulated across multiple platforms, the participants mocked the murdered 18-year-old student, described him as a “dangerous racist who deserved it” and presented the stabbing as an act of fighting “oppression” — framing it as a message to the “wider UK audience” not to “mess with Sikhs.” Derogatory remarks about white people were also allegedly made toward the end of the stream.
The poll asking viewers to vote on how to desecrate Henry Nowak’s grave has been described by those who saw it as one of the most callous acts to emerge from the already deeply charged public reaction to the case. Many have called for the footage to be reported to police and to TikTok as potential hate speech and incitement, with some also raising questions about whether the content could constitute a criminal offence.
The involvement of Bobby Singh has been widely described as deeply hypocritical. He had previously posted content presenting himself as a supporter of justice for Henry Nowak, and is understood to have appeared as a VIP guest at events associated with Tommy Robinson — the far-right activist who has been one of the most prominent public voices on the Nowak case and the police’s handling of it. The juxtaposition of Singh’s public association with Robinson’s campaign and the content of the livestream has drawn intense scrutiny online.
Henry Nowak, 18, was stabbed to death in Southampton on 3 December 2025 by Vickrum Singh Digwa, who falsely told responding officers that Nowak had racially abused him — a lie that caused the dying teenager to be handcuffed as he begged for help. Digwa was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 21 years in early June 2026. His mother was convicted of assisting an offender.
The video does not represent the views of the Sikh community. Mainstream Sikh organisations, politicians and faith leaders have all condemned the murder, offered their condolences to the Nowak family and explicitly rejected any religious justification for the killing. The Sikh Federation UK and prominent Sikh MPs including Tan Dhesi and Preet Kaur Gill have been among those to distance the wider community from Digwa’s actions and from the content of the livestream.
Henry Nowak’s family have repeatedly asked the public not to respond with hatred or to use their son’s death to attack entire communities. Their call for calm and unity stands in stark contrast to the content of the livestream, which many have described as one of the most grotesque responses to a murder in recent memory.
