The 21-year-old musician shared a series of loving pictures to mark her 30th birthday, but removed the final image of the carousel after fans began commenting on it.
Cruz Beckham posted and then deleted one photograph from an Instagram tribute to his girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, on her birthday. The post was a carousel of pictures of the couple, and it was the last image that drew attention. It showed them on a yacht in a suggestive pose, and it has since been removed. The caption read: “Happy Birthday my love. you have no idea how much i love you.”
The post
Mr Beckham, the son of David and Victoria Beckham, opened with a picture of the couple kissing. Another showed them embracing as he lifted Ms Apostel, who was in a bikini, into his arms. A mirror selfie of the pair followed, and the final image was the one he later deleted. His head was cut off in that photograph, and he was holding a glass of milk.
Some followers noticed the final picture before it came down. “THE LAST ONE,” one commented, with a laughing face and a fire emoji. Another wrote: “Bro, the last picture.”
It is not clear why it was removed. It has not been established who made the decision, whether Ms Apostel objected, or whether Instagram took it down or Mr Beckham edited the post himself. Neither has commented on the deletion, and there has been no reported reaction from his parents. There is no evidence that the removal followed an argument or pressure from family.
Harper’s tribute
Mr Beckham’s sister Harper, 15, also wished Ms Apostel a happy birthday on her Instagram Stories. “Happy birthday @jackie.apostel !!! I love you so so much and thank you for alwaysss being there for me, you are the sweetest and kindest person I know,” she wrote. “You deserve to have the best day ever, I hope all of your wishes come true. To many more cakes and candles.”
The couple
Ms Apostel, 30, is a German-Brazilian singer-songwriter and producer. She and Mr Beckham have been together since 2024. She has said they met when their managers put them in a studio to write songs together. Their work became a friendship before it became romantic, she said, and she added that she was his “biggest fan forever”.
According to the research notes, Mr Beckham marked their second anniversary with an Instagram tribute on 11 June 2026. The two were first linked publicly around the Glastonbury Festival in June 2024. In June 2026, Ms Apostel shared photographs from the World Cup in Miami in which she wore a diamond ring on her left hand, prompting speculation about an engagement. Neither has confirmed one, and the ring does not show that they plan to marry.
The couple introduced a cream-coloured golden retriever puppy called Sandy Jean on Instagram on 4 October, about two weeks before the birthday. Victoria Beckham welcomed the dog in a public comment. The notes say the nine-year age gap has drawn criticism online, and that Ms Apostel responded to a commenter in October 2025. There is no sign that it has affected their relationship.

In an August interview, Mr Beckham credited Ms Apostel with giving him the confidence to perform live, according to the notes.
