Two men have been arrested after a 19-year-old woman was sexually assaulted near an underpass in Telford in broad daylight — with the teenager fighting off her attacker before he fled the scene. The attack occurred between 3.30pm and 4pm on 28 May near Laburnum Road and Stafford Road in Oakengates, Telford. White British pupils have dropped below 60 per cent of the school population in England for the first time on record, according to new data published by the Department for Education, with minority ethnic children now accounting for nearly four in ten pupils across the country.
