No one matched all six numbers in Wednesday’s draw, so the top prize carries forward.
One player has won £1m in Wednesday’s National Lotto draw, but the jackpot was not won and is now estimated at £3.4m for Saturday. The winner matched five of the six main numbers plus the bonus ball. No one matched all six. The next draw is on Saturday 17 October.
Winning numbers
The draw on Wednesday 14 October, numbered 3,215, was held in two rounds. The research notes say each £2 line is entered into both, so players should check their numbers against each round.
- Round 1: 18, 24, 29, 35, 39, 47. Bonus ball: 34.
- Round 2: 05, 06, 21, 32, 36, 37. Bonus ball: 59.
Matching five main numbers plus the bonus ball earns a fixed £1m prize under the standard Lotto prize structure, whereas the jackpot requires all six main numbers. That is why a player can become a millionaire while the jackpot rolls over.
Claiming the prize
A winning ticket is not the same as a claimed prize. The winner’s identity and where the ticket was bought have not been disclosed, and it has not been confirmed whether the prize has been claimed. The National Lottery normally allows 180 days from the draw date, which would make the deadline 12 April 2027.
HotPicks and Thunderball
In Lotto HotPicks, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw, no one matched all five numbers to win the £175,000 top prize. Five players matched four numbers and won £6,500 each, £32,500 in total.
The Thunderball numbers were 06, 12, 18, 32 and 34, with a Thunderball of 13. No one matched all five numbers plus the Thunderball for the £500,000 top prize. One ticket-holder matched five numbers and won £5,000.
