Humberside Police have released CCTV footage showing 14-year-old Lily at Hessle Foreshore at approximately 6am this morning, appealing for anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage from the area at that time to come forward as concerns grow for the missing schoolgirl.
Inspector Tim Harvey confirmed Lily’s last known location using the what3words address large.parts.picked at the foreshore beauty spot, several hours after she disappeared from Ulceby in North Lincolnshire during the early hours.

The CCTV image represents Lily’s last confirmed sighting, with police requesting members of the public who may have recorded footage from around Hessle Foreshore at approximately 6am to contact officers immediately.
Lily is described as around 5ft 3inches with long blonde hair which may be tucked inside a black hoodie. She was wearing grey joggers and black and white converse trainers when last seen.
Inspector Harvey stated: “Lily originally was last seen in the early hours of this morning from the Priory Crescent area in Ulceby. However, we are now able to share a CCTV image which shows Lily’s last confirmed location at Hessle Foreshore.”

The distance between Ulceby and Hessle Foreshore suggests Lily travelled several miles between disappearing from Priory Crescent and appearing on CCTV at the waterfront location. Police have not disclosed how she may have travelled between the two locations.
Anyone with information about Lily’s whereabouts or who may have dashcam or CCTV footage from Hessle Foreshore at around 6am should contact Humberside Police immediately.
