Feds charge 5 individuals with conspiracy in Capitol riot, numerous

Federal authorities on Thursday arrested five individuals on conspiracy charges related to the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, where numerous of them were seen in the business of members of the extremist conservative Proud Boys group.
